The Academic Career and Reward Framework Steering Group provides steering and oversight for the project.
This group reports to University committees (People, Education, Research, PRAC, and Council) and to the Conference of Colleges. Members will share outputs from the workstreams with those groups, as relevant.
Steering Group membership
Members of the Steering Group are responsible for providing input to the different project workstreams, acting as a sounding board for the project as it develops, and championing the project in their own parts of the collegiate University to engage colleagues with the project.
New appointments to replace the two members stepping down at the end of the 2023/24 academic year will be added below, shortly.
