The HR Induction is open to all new staff with HR responsibilities in the UAS, divisions and departments.
Session details
This in-person session covers the roles and responsibilities of the following teams:
- Employee Relations and HR Policy
- Equality & Diversity Unit
- Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing
- HR Systems and Analytics
- People and Organisational Development
- Recruitment and Reward
Duration
The induction lasts for three hours. Tea and coffee is provided.
Objectives
The session aims to help new HR staff to understand:
- How the University is structured
- Roles and responsibilities of HR
- Where you can go for help on different HR issues
This is also a great opportunity to meet other new HR staff from the University.
