Since February 2017, Staff Employment Review Panels and University Appeal Panels have been hearing cases for dismissal and appeals (against the end of fixed term contracts, EJRA Committee decisions and dismissals) in relation to academic and academic-related members of staff, following revisions to Statute XII.
