It would be helpful if applicants could include their surname, initials and the type of document in the filename of their application documents eg Bloggs JJ Application, Bloggs JJ Disclosure.
Applicants from individuals working in Continuing Education, Academic Services and University Collections, or from individuals not employed by the University, should be submitted to the division in which the individual’s academic contribution is being made.
